We don’t want you to waste your money so if you have no electricity at all in your house, find out first if you are being affected by a power cut in your area.

Power cuts in London are more frequent than you think.

Keeping electricity up and running for over 10 million people 24 hour seven days a week is a tough job and, more often than not, things can go wrong.

If you unexpectedly find yourself at home with no electricity you may be facing a power cut in your area.

So before calling one of our emergency electricians you might want to check first if your neighbourhood is being affected by a power outage.

At Excel Electrician LTD we believe in honesty and transparency and would hate to make you spend money unnecessarily, so we encourage you to check with your local Electricity network operator if you are affected by a power cut before calling us.

As a Londoner, your network operator is UK Power network. They have built a simple to use power cut checker on their website which is totally free. You can access it here

Here is how it works

Step1:  Enter your post code in the appropriate field, select your address and press enter
