STEP 1
Book a video call
- To book a video call simply click on the button below and select a time slot
- You will receive an email confirmation which includes a link to your video call.
- Click on the link when your video call is due, simple.
STEP 2
Video Call With an electrician
- One of our qualified electricians will join the video call.
- Describe and show what the problem is and he will go through simple steps so you can fix it yourself.
- If the problem cannot be fixed during the video call he will be able to provide you with a cost estimate
STEP 3
Receive your diagnosis
- You will receive an analysis summary via email summarising the call
- A cost estimate will be included as part of the analysis If spare parts were required to fix the issue
- You will be able to decide if you want one of our team members to fix the issue during a home visit
