There are two main reasons why your storage heaters may have stopped working. Either the thermostat is no longer working or, the heating element has blown. You may be able to fix these yourself bearing in mind you feel confident enough to open the front panel and know how to reset the heaters. This will very much depend on the make and model heaters you have installed. We do recommend however you call one of our qualified electricians to help repair your heaters
