Dimplex Storage heater common problems
In the majority of cases, if the heater in your room is only lukewarm it is likely due to a faulty thermostat or element.
In some cases, your heater may be too close to another source of heat such as a kitchen oven or else. This could affect the performance of the heater.
It is also possible the size of the heater is not appropriate to the size of the room you are trying to heat in which case you should consider replacing it to a bigger model.
There are a lot of reasons why this may have happened. The most common one would be down to the thermostat not functioning properly. Another common issue is that the element that produces heat has completely failed.
